    March 25-26, 2019, Kherson

    The training was organized by the Kherson Local Government Development center with the support of the U-LEAD with the Europe program. Workers of cultural institutions from different communities of the Kherson region became participants of the training. The training participants learned social animation tools to work in communities locally.
