The “School of civic participation -1” project was completed in 2013, where participants received a general thorough knowledge in the development of local community and social activity.
In 2013 three pieces of training were held with the participants, each duration of three days. On the training, participants have learned features of “technologies of community development”, which were based on the experience of best practices in social activities. Group members of the School attended each workshop, where at the end of the course, participants received certificates for their graduation from the “School of civic participation – 1”.
The final event of the “School of civic participation – 1” was the holding of concluding the conference with the graduates on “Social animation for the development of culture and community“, after the conference appropriate materials have been prepared.
Subsequently, Institute of Socio-Cultural Management, with the financial support of Ch. S. Mott Foundation continued the project “School of civic participation – 2” for 2014-2015.
